ABOUT THE OWNER ~ Roberta Dusek, Sole Proprietor
Roberta is an Ohio native and knows the Cleveland, Akron and surrounding areas intimately.
She graduated in 1992 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Ecology-majoring in Textiles and Clothing.
With 25+ years of experience in the customer service industry, Ms. Dusek joined the concierge industry in October of 2007. The transition from the corporate world to being self-employed has been extremely successful for her.
She resides in West Akron with her son, who is a 6th grade at
Old Trail School in Bath, Ohio
